Our policy is to buy as locally as possible, as fresh as possible and as pure as possible. Fruit and vegetables only come from certified organic suppliers, bread is either from Herberts or Abu Noor, both in Bristol, or from the organic yeast-free and wheat free specialists Artisan. All products are natural and GM free, and 90 per cent of the groceries and wholefoods are also organic.
We keep our prices as low as possible by careful buying and have many special offers which change regularly, so you have a chance of buying your favourite product at discount prices.
